SOME POSSIBLE METHODS IN SELECTING A REALTOR:

  1. They were used before, or referred by someone you  trust
  2. You've examined their credentials
    They use ALL the modern marketing methods - like  the Internet
  3. They know the area, and can guide you through unfamiliar territory!
  4.  Phone Books
  5. Yellow Pages
 
Here are some questions for buyers to ask their agents:
  1. With these priorities, what areas do you feel fit our needs, and why?

ask for a change.
