FIRST - Questions to ask yourselves:

What are your priorities in making this move? Do you have an agent who understands your needs?

There is so much more to moving, these days, than just selecting a home...
* The right schools for the kids?
x
* Will we "fit in" with our neighbors?
x
Examples:
x
- Do they have lots of neighborhood activities?
x
- Are there kids, the same age as ours?
x
- How far is the drive to work, school, shopping or the airport?
x
- Where is shopping? Medical help?
x
- What kinds of entertainment?
x
  And on, and on...

Ideally, your Realtor should listen to you, and be your guide to so many different things you have to consider in making the move. The Realtor may not have every answer, but he or she should know where to direct you for things like your kids' special educational needs, or so many others.

How about your company's requirements for helping you with the move, not only here, but at your present home, too? A Realtor who is experienced in relocation moves is comfortable in working with your Relocation Coordinator in making all the parts come together for you!

All of this kind of expertise comes only with experience...
