2)  Early help for you:  Until you arrive, we can email to you some representative homes that fit your requirements.  This really helps to know what to expect when you arrive.

3)  Schools & other requirements:  We can advise you on what suburbs and neighborhoods seem to be a good fit for you... schools, demographics, etc.

4)  Special Interests:  If you have any unique interests (hobbies, groups, etc.)  we can usually help put you in touch with them.

5)  Relocation Help for you:  If you're working with a relocation company, we can also work with them - we have been approved by nearly every relocation company in the country.

6)  Making you feel at home:  When you get here, we'll show you the areas and neighborhoods that fit your requirements, so you'll feel comfortable that you're making a good decision as to where to live.

7)  We LISTEN to you when we show you homes, so your time is well-spent, quickly focusing on the right home.

8)  We represent YOU in the negotiation, not the seller.

   9)  We get you moved on time by following, meticulously, all of the many things that have to happen between the
